The Site has been updated

The program section about GOTO Bridge 19 has been updated. GOTO Bridge 19 has been phased out and been replaced with GOTO bridge. The section has been updated to reflect this change.

The section about Micro Bridge has also  been updated with information of the new            version 13.3.
